Castaway's is a family style restaurant with a tropical theme. We offer food and fun in a laid-back summer time setting. We pay attention to every detail of your private party, and please forgive us when we have fun doing it.

Below is information regarding what we can do for you, your guests, and menu choices that may be right for your private party. This is only a guide; we would be happy to meet with you to discuss your individual needs

General Information

1. Facility
Castaways can accommodate both small and large private parties. The location of the Party (Restaurant, Deck or Beach) will depend on the number of people, date, weather, and time selected.

2. Menu
When planning a special event at Castaways, you can choose from various menus described on the following pages or our culinary staff will customize a menu to suit your particular needs. Menu selections are due 10 days prior to the scheduled function.

3. Guarantees
Castaways must be notified of the exact number of guests five business days prior to the scheduled function. Final Guarantees are not subject to reduction.

4. Terms
A non-refundable $200 deposit is required at the time of booking.

5. Charges
All prices are subject to 5% Massachusetts meals tax and 18% gratuity. All prices are subject to change without notice.

6. Food & Beverage
Our Insurance requires that all food and beverages must be provided by Castaways.  Insurance also prohibits any food or beverage to be taken off premise. Additionally you may be responsible to read and sign our policy for responsible alcoholic services.

We reserve the right to monitor and limit the amount of alcohol consumed by guests.  We also “ID” when necessary to ensure that people consuming alcohol are of legal age.

7. Equipment Rentals
We will be happy to discuss any equipment needs that your special event may
require.

8. Room Charge Fee
The room charge is based on the number of people and Food & Beverage minimums. The minimum room charge fee is $200.

9. Entertainment
Castaways reserves the right to approve all entertainment associated with private parties.

10. Decorations
Castaway’s reserves the right to approve all decorations associated with private parties. NO CONFETTI!!
